ButtonPreferred ("we", "us") is a luxury African fashion maison with its atelier in Lagos, Nigeria, serving customers in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. We are the data controller for the personal information described here.

• Contact and account details — name, email address, phone number, and password credentials you create.
• Order details — shipping and billing addresses, items purchased, and order history.
• Made-to-order details — measurements and styling notes you choose to share with us.
• Communications — enquiries you send through our contact form, concierge chat or email.
• Technical data — device type, browser, IP address and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not store your full card number. Payments are processed by our payment providers on their own secure systems.

• To process, fulfil and deliver your orders, and to handle returns.

• To send order updates and, where you have opted in, marketing emails.

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
